Beach, Florida, about six miles South of historic downtown St.
Augustine. There are three ocean front buildings that have
elevators with
interior hallways. The "
Jacuzzi units" are
five buildings with a
jacuzzi in the center courtyard of the building. All the condos at
Ocean and Racquet
are three stories
high.
Ocean and Racquet condos are one of the largest beachfront complexes
on the island, with a total of 280 units. Built in 1982, each condo
is 950 square feet, single level with two bedrooms and two baths.
Every unit is equipped with a full kitchen, laundry room and a
private balcony. There is an on-site rental office. You may choose
another off-site rental management company or rent your unit
yourself.
Amenities offered at Ocean and Racquet Condos: Two outdoor pools,
one heated during the winter. Twenty four hour security guard.
Tennis courts, racquetball courts, jacuzzis, shuffleboard,
horseshoes and direct access to the beach.
