The founding fathers saw what happened in Miami and Daytona Beach and made plans to keep Crescent Beach condominiums under control. One of the best rules implemented was a height restriction of 35 feet. At Crescent Beach, you won't see a 600 foot skyscraper right on A1A. There are several beach access points and plenty of boat ramps at Crescent Beach. There are also two state parks in the area. Crescent Beach homes also have a height restriction of 35 feet.
